Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in assigned units under clinical supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital compliance standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Florida RN license or eligibility (NCLEX pending accepted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Eagerness to learn through our structured residency program
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
