Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and maintain electronic health records with precision
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care management
- Assist in emergency situations and perform basic life support procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license or eligibility to obtain upon hire
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN required)
- Recent nursing graduate or less than 1 year of clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
