Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and update medical records in real-time.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Adhere to all state nursing regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada (NV).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
