Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care, long-term care, or specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols
- Perform patient assessments and emergency interventions when required
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for certain assignments
