The Role:
As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and medical excellence in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians and therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with appropriate medical interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee (TN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (New grads considered).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume medical environment.
