Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess patient needs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor Patient Status: Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document Care: Maintain accurate and timely medical records and patient charts.
- Collaborate with Team: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate Patients: Teach patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care instructions.
- Ensure Safety: Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
- Licensure: Valid RN license to practice in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain OH license).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion: Strong empathy and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
