Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and support.
- Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Document patient care plans, procedures, and progress accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active, unencumbered RN License in North Carolina or Pennsylvania.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
