Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs and conditions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- BSN or associate degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
