Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and deliver high-quality nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, escalating concerns immediately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider healthcare team.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
