Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care, ER, or ICU settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Assess patient conditions and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state)
- BSN or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
