Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop optimal treatment plans.
- Document accurate and timely patient assessments and care updates.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and post-discharge care.
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State (WA).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital setting preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
