Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in [Specialty Unit] with emphasis on assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical observations
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
