Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Document patient care activities and medical histories accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Active RN license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing (or eligibility).
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) preferred.
- CPR/BLS Certification (ACLS preferred but not mandatory for entry).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
