Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to adjust treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
