Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care, long-term, or specialized settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician protocols
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license with quick Ohio application)
- ADN or BSN from accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in relevant specialty
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
