Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond promptly to code blue situations and emergency medical interventions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR certification valid for the duration of employment.
