Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
