Responsibilities
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical incidents.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans.Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions during night shifts.Candidate must be willing to work flexible night shift schedules.
