Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- No experience required – New Gruates and Interns are highly encouraged to apply!
- Current, unencumbered RN License in the state of New Mexico.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required at time of hire.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
