Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and progress in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a high-paced environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as required.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
