Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records and care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care instructions.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
