Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via secure video and phone consultations to evaluate symptoms and medical history.
- Provide immediate triage and clinical guidance for a diverse patient population, ensuring appropriate escalation to on-site providers when necessary.
- Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately and promptly within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialty care teams to coordinate holistic patient care plans.
- Offer health education and preventive care counseling to empower patients to manage their well-being remotely.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and hospital telehealth protocols to ensure patient privacy and data security.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Empathetic patient-centered approach with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support 24/7 telehealth coverage.
