Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment in accordance with hospital standards.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and home care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN License in the state of Tennessee (or Florida, if applicable).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
