Your Role
As an RN at Premier Medical Group, you will be at the forefront of patient care. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
