Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient conditions and document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Arizona (AZ RN)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience with active enrollment in BSN program
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or emergency nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience strongly preferred)
