Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and progressive care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient assessments and care plans using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic care strategies
- Mentor nursing students and new staff through our robust orientation program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership roles
- BLS and ACLS certifications maintained
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system
