Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and comprehensive health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition or concerns immediately.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
