Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing phone-based patient assessments to evaluate symptoms and medical urgency.
- Providing clear, compassionate guidance on home care and medication instructions.
- Documenting patient interactions accurately in our electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Identifying potential health risks and escalating critical cases immediately.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the State of California.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-volume shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
- Passion for patient advocacy and quality care.
