Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient data accurately using Epic EHR systems to ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Participate in rapid response teams and emergency interventions
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license with BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- ACLS/PALS certifications strongly encouraged
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated critical thinking and emergency response skills
