Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations across multiple units
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond rapidly to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of high-functioning teams
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun shifts)
