Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergency situations.
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards and electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
