Responsibilities
- Monitor client well-being through virtual check-ins and remote health assessments
- Coordinate medication reminders and schedule management via digital platforms
- Provide companionship and emotional support through video calls and messaging
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans
- Document care activities and client progress in electronic health records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating community resources
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable internet connection
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional empathy and patience with diverse client populations
