Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and virtual consultations via HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Maintain digital dental records using practice management softwareCoordinate insurance claims and billing documentation
- Assist with virtual patient education and treatment planning
- Support clinic operations through remote inventory management
- Collaborate with clinical teams on patient care coordination
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and dental board regulations
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- 2+ years of dental office experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Knowledge of dental coding (CDT) and insurance processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington dental assistant license
