Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate virtual companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders via telehealth platforms
- Monitor client well-being through scheduled video check-ins
- Coordinate essential services (grocery delivery, medical appointments)
- Document care activities and client progress in our secure system
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers
- Respond to urgent client needs during on-site visits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Louisiana caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Ability to use telehealth technology (training provided)
- Clean background check and valid driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Flexible availability for occasional in-person visits
