Your Mission
You will be the heart of our client's daily routine, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity while living in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding according to dietary requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health status.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands.
- Document daily care logs and communicate updates to the care team.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate nature and patience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
