Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly and disabled clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and remote care documentation
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care plans and progress reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Tennessee state caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic proficiency with telehealth platforms
- Background check and drug screening required
