Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care to elderly clients with compassion and professionalism
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation via remote portal
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
