Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor client health status and document care notes via our secure remote portal
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers through virtual meetings
- Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities
- Transport clients to appointments (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight from supervisors
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for remote coordination
