Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care and companionship services to elderly clients
- Coordinate virtual health monitoring and medication reminders via telehealth platforms
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain detailed digital health records and care documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals via virtual case conferences
- Implement customized care plans using our proprietary caregiver app
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and digital care platforms
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (3 remote days, 4 in-home days)
