Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced dental technology
- Manage patient records and scheduling through our cloud-based system
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment with precision
- Take digital X-rays and perform preliminary diagnostics
- Handle billing and insurance documentation remotely
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all digital records
- Train on new telehealth protocols for virtual consultations
Qualifications
- CDA certification or DANB-registered status required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Experience with remote administrative tools (e.g., Teledentistry platforms)
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Exceptional communication skills for hybrid patient interactions
