Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures with precision and care
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take digital X-rays and impressions remotely when applicable
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records using our cloud-based system
- Provide virtual patient education and post-op care instructions
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless appointment flow
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with remote guidance
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Minnesota dental radiography license
