Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) to clients in their homes
- Assist with mobility support, medication reminders, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations via remote portal
- Transport clients to appointments and errands using company vehicles
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with RNs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records through our remote dashboard
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- State of Ohio Home Health Aide certification (HHA) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for remote documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Exceptional communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends per client needs
- Basic computer proficiency for remote reporting
