Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fill prescription orders using our advanced pharmacy management system
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual consultations
- Maintain precise medication inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DEA, and California Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacists on medication therapy management and patient education
- Utilize telehealth platforms to support remote consultations and prescription verifications
- Train on new technologies and pharmacy protocols through our virtual learning portal
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in pharmacy software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1) and telehealth platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing
- Strong communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
