Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage patient records and inventory using remote pharmacy software systems
- Provide exceptional telepharmacy customer service and patient consultations
- Process insurance claims and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on medication therapy management

Qualifications
- Active Hawaii Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication skills for remote patient interactions
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
