Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile instruments/equipment for complex surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations with precise instrument handling
- Maintain sterile environments using advanced sterilization protocols
- Document surgical procedures via our HIPAA-compliant EHR system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize OR workflows
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new surgical technologies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives remotely
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent credential
- 3+ years of operating room experience
- Proficiency in robotic-assisted surgery equipment
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing standards
- Ability to work independently in remote support roles
- Experience with telehealth platforms for case prep
