Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications with 100% accuracy
- Verify prescription orders and patient information
- Process insurance claims and maintain electronic records
- Collaborate with pharmacists on clinical reviews
- Provide patient education on medication usage
- Monitor inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
- Prior pharmacy experience (1+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- High-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPR certification preferred
