Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments and determine patient acuity levels
- Provide expert medical advice and triage recommendations via phone/video consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Document clinical encounters accurately in EMR systems with precision
- Educate patients on home care protocols and preventive health measures
- Manage urgent care protocols and escalate critical cases appropriately
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS certification and current ACLS/PALS credentials
- Proven triage experience in emergency, urgent care, or telehealth settings
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong proficiency in telehealth platforms and EMR documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Experience working independently in remote environments
