Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone/telehealth patient assessments using evidence-based triage protocols
- Provide accurate medical advice and prioritize care urgency for diverse patient populations
- Document clinical encounters precisely in our EMR system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with local providers and emergency services for critical cases
- Manage high call volumes efficiently during peak times while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and training programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proven expertise in emergency/urgent care triage protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate complex situations
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and EMR documentation systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
- Strong time management skills for handling high-pressure scenarios
