Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments using our proprietary telehealth platform
- Provide accurate triage recommendations for urgent care, emergency department referrals, and home care guidance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Educate patients on symptoms, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
- Handle high-volume calls during peak hours while maintaining service excellence
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in emergency, urgent care, or telehealth nursing
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technology
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with remote patient monitoring devices preferred
