Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing needs, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, safety standards, and hospital protocols.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
